We would like to address each item specifically: Exhibit C- Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of affected Land ~(,~ 1. The power line along Taft Hill Road has been named on the map. ~ ~ 2. William Seaworth is the owner of the building. ~,t 3. The Taylor and Gill Ditch Company owns the water supply ditch along the north permit boundary. The ditch has been labeled as such in the drawing. Exhibit D -Mining Plan p~ 1. The settling pond area has been moved to the eastern boundary of the mining face. Water will be pumped into the settling pond, then g(~ ravity fl~into the_~~f~~ existing dewatering system on the adjacent parcel. This has been shown on the t , ;~ ~_~ ~o . ~Y.,Y~ map and discussed in the revised Exhibit D. All affected land due to this ~. 7rC i particular activity is located within the permit boundary for DMG #77-439. ; oft 2. The landscaping berms will be constructed of onsite overburden materials. They !_:; (,,f will be temporary, removed after the completion of mining_ They will be approximately 6-7 feet tall. Exhibit D has been revised to reflect this additional ' information. ok 3. The conveyor and low water crossing both currently exist and are entirely enclosed within the permit boundary of DMG #77-439. ~~ 4. Water will not be diverted from the Callahan Drain.
