B. Written evidence of s potable water supply sufficient in terms of availability, quality <br />and dependability. Ax~y one of the following will suffice: <br />1) a copy of a well permit issued by the State of Colorado; <br />2) ownership of domestic water rights; <br />3) a water tap permit issued by a Water Association, District or Municipality; <br />4) if a cistern is to be used, written evidence of a dependable water supplie::•. <br />C. Written evidence addressing the following: <br />1) Type of use(s) and~or facilities proposed•by this application; <br />2) Area and structures designated for each use or facility; <br />3) Estimated number of patrons or customers; <br />4) Type and size (in gross square feet) of each primary structure; <br />5) Loading areas, patron customer parking, employee parking areas; <br />6) Type of immediately ad~~^ent land uses; <br />7) Statement of need; <br />8) Statement of operation and financial feasibility; <br />9) Utility Sources: <br />a, water b, sewer c. electrical power d. refuse dispose]. <br />D. Written evidence of a right of access if property is accessable only by a prive~te road. <br />E. A soils analjrsis of the property as prepared in accordance with S.C.S. Soils Classi- <br />fication Standards indicating all soil types and limiting factors pertaining t.o <br />construction, water pollution and depth of rock. <br />F. An application fee in an amount ofSEJUUI~-five dollars ($5.00) to defray a pox•tion <br />of the processing cost shall be submitted with this application. <br />G.
