If so, please describe the acreage involved.
There are no proposed stockpiles or processing areas to be located
outside the creek bed of Sandy Creek.
2) Please provide a re-vegetation seed mix to be used for the 3.9 acres to be
seeded. Please include species and seeding rate for each species.
As indicated in the original application, it is not anticipated that te-
seedingwill be necessary, as Ritcheys' Redi-Mia Concrete, Inc. does
not intendto disturb the banks. u however, they are disturbed, they
will he re-seeded during reclamation. I just received the seeding
recommendation from the Natarsl Resource Conservation Service. A
copy of their recommendation is attached.
3) The Division recommends that channel side slopes for disturbed azeas be re-
graded to no steeper than 4:1, and upstream and downstream channel slopes for
disturbed areas by re-graded to no steeper than 5:1. Please respond.
If the banks of Sandy Creek are disturbed, they will be re-graded to
no steeper than 4;1 sk-pes. Upstream and downstream channel elopes
for the disturbed areas will be re-graded to no steeper than 5:1. A
revised Final Contour Map is attached.
