I, Lucy Gloria Davis, of lawful age, being frst duly sworn, state upon oath as follows:
1. I am the widow of William T. Davis. My husband, William T. Davis passed
away on August 15, 1991.
2. In accordance with my husband's wishes, desires and directives (as set forth
in his Last Will and Testament), my husband bequeathed to me all of his personal and real
property wherever situated, and however designated.
3. At the time of my husband's death, certain properties were held by myself and
my husband as joint tenants with right of survivorship, said property including, but not
limited to the following real property:
A. That real property situate in the County of Las Animas, State of
Colorado, to wit: Engleville Tract II The east 33 acres of SEl/4NE1/4 Section
30, Township 33 South, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., according to the
Decree of Partition recorded January 31, 1895, in Book 84, Page 237, more
fully described as follows:
Beginning at a marked rock the 1/4 corner between Sections 29 and 30,
Township 33 South, Range 63 West, thence west along South boundary line
of the North East Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Thirty (30) the distance of Ten
Hundred and Seventy-Five (1075) feet to a point; thence north and parallel
with the East boundary line of said NEl/4 Thirteen Hundred and Thirty-Seven
and Five Tenths (1337.5) feet to the North boundary line to the SEl/4 of the
NEl/4 Section 30; thence east along the said North boundary of SE1/4 of
NE1/4 Ten Hundred and Seventy-Five (1075) feet to the East boundary line
of said NE1/4 Section 30; thence South on East boundary line of said NE1/4
Section 30, Thirteen Hundred and Thirty-Seven and Five Tenths (1337.5) feet
to the place of beginning, being Thirty-Three (33) acres off the east end of
said S1/2 of NE1/4 of Section 30 and designated on the plat hereinafter set out
as Lot No.l.
B. That real property situate in the County of Las Animas, State of
Colorado, to wit: Engleville Tract Township 33 South, Range 63 West
