• The permanent seed mix can be found in Table 1. <br />Roads <br />All temporary (4) roads, including existing access to PCC-O1 <br />and PCC-OS shall be obliterated and each road shall be ripped, <br />seeded, mulched, fertilized and permanently reclaimed to a <br />point where existing access is provided. No other existing <br />access roads shall be reclaimed by Powderhorn Coal Company. <br />All reclamation shall be done in the fall. <br />The long term road from existing access to PCC-03 shall be <br />reclaimed when access shall no longer be required for ventilation <br />• structures anticipated in the area. Powderhorn Coal Company <br />controls the access on the existing road. <br />2.02.2 (5) Bonding and Reclamation Costs <br />Powderhorn Coal Company shall premanently reclaim all drill <br />sites (8) and temporary roads (4) within one year of the drilling <br />plan, therefore no bonding shall be required for these <br />disturbances. The exception shall be the long term light use <br />road from existing access to PCC-02. Reclamation costs are <br />included in Table 2. The bond amount shall be based on the <br />reclamation cost estimate which is $4,104.00. <br />Schedule <br />• A tentative construction schedule for the phased drilling is <br />included in Table 3. <br />
