(Mobile Premix
Concrete, Inc.). Regarding man-made structures within 200 feet, it was stated during the permit
application process that the operator shall either (1) provide a setback distance of at least two
times the pit depth from all structures or (2) provide a notarized agreement to the Division
between the applicant and the person(s) having an interest in.the structure.
Along the southern edge of the Riverbend property, mining setbacks will be maintained at
60 feet or more from Weld County Road 6 and structures within the road easement. Since
reserve information indicates that the pit in this area will not exceed 30 feet deep, the mining
setback from existing man-made structures will be at least twice.the pit depth.
