<br />Attachment E -Potential Maximum Disturbance <br />A point in time where the mining disturbance could be at its maximum occurs during the <br />mining of Phase II.,The mining face in the easUwest direction will be at its greatest length <br />and the Phase I portion of the mining operation will be in use as a silf pond. The <br />following acres of disturbance apply at this time: <br />A. Phase I maximum disturbed area 13.2 acres <br />B. Stripped overburden and topsoil in anticipation of mining 10 acres <br />C. Active mining area, possible plant site 6 acres <br />D. Topsoil and overburden stockpiles 4 acres <br />E. De-watering trench 1 acres <br />F. Mining face, 2000 ft 7 acres <br />G. Roads 1 acres <br />H. Side slope undergoing backfilling and grading, 600 ft 2 acres <br />I. Side slope being seeded, 600 ft 0.7 acres <br />J. Top of slope 0.5 acres <br />Total disturbance: 45.4 acres <br />
