PUBLIC NOTICE
Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc., a subsidiary of Lafarge Corp., 1590 W. 12'" Avenue,
Denver, Colorado 80204; [phone] has filed an application for a Regular {112)
Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the
extraction of construction materials. The proposed operation is known as Tanabe Pit. The
proposed operation is located at or near Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6th
Prime Meridian, Adams County, Colorado.
The general location of this operation is approximately 5 miles east, of Northglenn,
Colorado, along Brighton Road.
The proposed date of commencement is summer, 2000 and the proposed date of
completion is 2010. The proposed future use of the land will be Developed Water Resources.
