Please refer to the revised attached Exhibit L for dimensions ofthe Asphalt Plant. <br />V 2. The maps have been corrected to show the fencing, greenhouse, detached garage <br />and power line as indicated in your letter. These structures were considered in the <br />slope anaiysis study in accordance with Rule 6.4.19. <br />~~~ <br />`r;• 3. There will not be any expected change in the current flowpath of a 100-year flood <br />1 ~ event for the Cache la Poudre River within the affected land boundary or <br />`rV" immediately downstream of the affected land boundary as a result of either the <br />excavations during mining or the post-mining topography during final <br />reclamation. <br />~4. A copy of the State Engineer Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits is <br />attached. This is in accordance with Rule 6.4.5(2)(a). <br />C5.) A response to your Stability Analysis was submitted by our office on February 23, <br />2000. It is anticipated that the response will cover all concerns presented in your <br />letter dated January 20, 2000. <br />/ 6.
