Any repairs that may be necessary due to broken or ;l~odad <br />• mains, services, etc., should be performed in accordance .pith <br />general instructions .given in this procedure. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />In this location, we have readily available sufficient copies of <br />critical valve information and sectiona]ization plans to use in solving <br />the various types of emergencies outlined in this plan. This information <br />is available in the Commercia] Office and the appropriate ca:~ercial <br />office employees have a thorough working knowledge of this inforr:.ation. <br />All major emergencies are critiqued by the key supervisors involved <br />as soon as possible after the emergency is competed. All aspects of <br />the emergency are reviewed to determine if changes shou]d be ~.^.ade in <br />the plan followed in working the emergency. A report wi]1 be prepared <br />• which outlines the procedure followed in solving the emergency. <br /> Measures must be employed to analyze the accident or failure to determine <br />the cause of the failure in some instances, especially in the case of <br />material failure, laboratory analysis may be required.
