• B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS 1. Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.B.3. • 2. Reoortin4 of Data Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.1 shall be on a quarterly basis. Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be summarized and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms, postmarked no later than the 28th day of the month following the completed calendar quarter. For example, for the let quarter (January, February, and March) the quarterly report must be received at this office postmarked no later than April 28. If no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "NO Discharge" shall be reported.
