When this occurs, the permittee shall so indicate in cover letters to the <br />appropriate Discharge Monitoring Reports. <br />** WET Testing is waived for the first calendar quarters and may be waived for the fourth quatters if inaccessibility is <br />demonstrated. See Winter Molti[oring Exemption above. <br />• d. Oil and Grease Monitorine <br />Far every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, analyzed, and repotted on the appropriate DMR. In addi[ion, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />e. Salinity Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the quan[iry of Salinity being dischazged from the site, the permittee shall monitor <br />the wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: <br />Outfalls Frequency <br />002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009. O10 and O1 ] Quarterly <br />Sample Tvpe <br />Grab <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permi[[ee for compliance with [he monitoring requirements specified in Pan I.B.I. shall <br />be performed at the following locations: outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010 and 011 - at the outfall of the <br />sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the resulu of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and repotting of the values required in the <br />Dischazge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by the Division.
