Ef/Iuent Limirarions: In deti~e[oping suitable effluent limitations, the Division must reviex~ all applicable standards <br />and regulations and apply those x~hich are more stringent. This review includes, but is not limited to: the water <br />qualir)• standard based effluent limitations, federal guidelines and standards (40 CFR Subchapter N) and State <br />Effluent Regulations (70.1.0).
