Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the e(fecnve date o(ihis permit and lasting through July 31, 2002, the permittee is authorized to discharge <br />from out(alls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006. OOR. 009. 010, OI I, 012, 013, 014. 015, Olfi and 017. <br />In acrordance with the Water Quality Comrol Commission Regulauons for Effluent Limitations (5 CCR 1002-62), and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulatiuns (~ CCR. 1002-fi1), the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter <br />concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified Flow Itmitation. <br />a.
