FI. <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Phone 639-3611 & 8393621 <br />Re: 'Ricker Construction Cb. -Surety For Reclamation Bond <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br />As we discussed, I enclose herewith blank form of reclamation bond <br />for execution by your client, 'Ricker Construction Co „ which has stated <br />that it wishes to provide a first deed of trust as surety for performance <br />of the bond. In addition to the bond, duly executed, we will need: <br />1. An appraisal of the real estate inwlved, completed <br />by a member of the American Institute of Real Estate <br />Appraisers. Please ask the appraiser to describe the <br />property and the use to which it is devoted and, if <br />different, the uses to which it is suitable and r11ay <br />be used in the future. <br />2. A title insurance policy reflecting that the State of <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclaration Board has a first <br />deed of trust on the property appraised. <br />3.. Deed of trust on the enclosed form, public trustee. <br />I suggest that you obtain the appraisal and forward that to us for re- <br />view, first. rlhen, please let us review the executed deed of trust and <br />executed reclamation bond before recording the deed of trust. At this point <br />you rrugirt furnish the customary title insurance commitment. <br />If satisfactory, we will then return `the deed of trust to you for record- <br />ing. After recording, you can supply us with the title insurance policy.
