County Rd. 68
Wellington, CO 80549
Dear Mr. Tucker:
i ~ III llllllllllllllll
STATE SERVICES BUILDING
1525 Sherman Street, 3rd. FI.
Denver, Coloratlo 80203
Phone 8393611 & 839-362T
When you were here approximately April 15, to secure your
permit from the Mined Land Reclamation Division, you stated to
me that you had in your possession all documents necessary to
be placed of record to clear title to the property you have
mortgaged to the board to secure your reclamation bond. This
surety was accepted by the board in lieu of the usual corporate
surety. '
As I then pointed out to you, the State must have a first
lien on the mortgaged property, and it is imperative that all
prior encumbrances be extinguished of record. You assured me
this would be done within a day or two.
I pointed out to you that unless this were done as you
promised, we would have no alternative but to proceed to revoke
your permit. Accordingly, if we do not have the promised title
insurance policy in hand by the 4th of June, I shall have to
take steps to initiate permit revocation proceedings.
Ve~1ry truly yours,
1 c~
~, ~~'~'~
UCIUS E.
