Based on the information provided, the current <br />reclamation plan is inadequate. The proposed revegetation plan is not <br />acceptable. <br />John Vasquez has recently contacted our office requesting assistance in <br />conducting an inventory and evaluation of present site conditions. He <br />has also requested our assistance in developing a reclamation plan which <br />would include the re-establishing of many of the native plants disturbed <br />in the mining process.
