.Documentation and ReoortinQ <br />All surface and ground water monitoring data will be permanently rewrded and maintained in the TCC or Colorado <br />Yampa Coal Company files <br />The data required under the different NPDES Permits will be filed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the <br />specific permit. TCC will submit a separate letter of notification to the DMG of the NPDES filing. If a discharge <br />from a sedimentation control structure exceeds the NPDES effluent limitations, TCC will notify the DMG per the <br />NPDES permit reporting requirements. The NPDES data will continue to be incorporated into the annual hydrologic <br />report. <br />A report summarizing all monitoring data for the water year from October through September (a "water year") will <br />be submitted to the regulatory agency by February 28 of the following year. <br />(y)....„.„..
