Dear Mr. Massey:
The Division has reviewed your amendment dated March 15, 1983 to the
above-referenced Notice of Intent. The amendment is complete and
• constitutes additional substantial disturbance to the land surface.
Therefore, a bond in the amount of ;2,002.00, as proposed, must be posted
with the Division. Drilling and reclamation procedures, a5 addressed in
the original Notice of Intent CX-114-04, fulfill the requirements of
Rules 2.02, 4.07 and 4.21 far this project.
The location of the authorized exploration for Notice of Intent CX-114-04
is modified to read:
Fremont County - T19S, R70W, Section 35; T20S, R70W, Sections 1, 3,
11, 14. 15, 23 and NW 1/4, Section 26 (derived from the map)
Upon submittal of the appropriate bond to the Division, drilling
operations can proceed.
