Brief Description of Revision and Comments:
The minor revision is for seven development drill holes within the Dorchester No. 1
permit area labeled N,i1,0,P,Q.R.S on the minor revision application map. The
operator should supply an additional map at a larger scale such as 1" = 400' which
shows the proposed drill holes and all existing roads that will be used as Dart
of this project. This map will assist in evaluating the potential environmental
impacts of this project and in locating the drill hole sites at a later date.
•The Division must be contacted prior to improving any of the existing roads.
