<br />Topsoil will be salvaged separate from the subsoil during pit construction <br />and will be redistributed over the affected area after backfilling of the <br />subsoil material is completed. <br />DRILL HOLE ABANDONMENT AND SITE RESTORATION: <br />As each drill hole is completed it will be sealed to within 30 feet of the <br />surface with abandonment drill mud. A cement plug will be placed from that <br />point to within three (3) feet of the surface. Soil will be used to fill <br />the remaining three (3) feet. <br />All equipment, supplies and debris associated with the drilling project will <br />be removed from the site. <br />The area will then be graded and the topsoil spread over the disturbed area. <br />Affected areas will be reseeded promptly with the approved seed mixture for <br />the Dorchester ql Mine. <br />• <br />-3- <br />
