~ i <br />EXHIBIT "G" <br />WATER INFORMATION <br />The proposed mining operation of the Trout Creek Pit is not expected [o directly affeM surface or <br />groundwater systems. A well to the south of the effected land indicates ground water at a depth of 40 feet. <br />Current and past mining operations that have exposed the original topsoil at depths up to 18 feet have not <br />encountered groundwater. <br />Water for Dust Control will be purchased from the landowner and supplied from the landowner's newly <br />constructed Roller Compacted Concrete dam. ProjeM water requvements ere estimated et 0.2 acre feet <br />annually, for dust control. As reclamation progresses, the landowner will utilize the water from the RCC <br />dam to irrigate the alfalfa-based vegetation. <br />All water from the site will be maintained on the site, therefore a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES} permit will no[ be required <br />See attached deeds for proof of water rights. <br />
