~ i
EXHIBIT "G"
WATER INFORMATION
The proposed mining operation of the Trout Creek Pit is not expected [o directly affeM surface or
groundwater systems. A well to the south of the effected land indicates ground water at a depth of 40 feet.
Current and past mining operations that have exposed the original topsoil at depths up to 18 feet have not
encountered groundwater.
Water for Dust Control will be purchased from the landowner and supplied from the landowner's newly
constructed Roller Compacted Concrete dam. ProjeM water requvements ere estimated et 0.2 acre feet
annually, for dust control. As reclamation progresses, the landowner will utilize the water from the RCC
dam to irrigate the alfalfa-based vegetation.
All water from the site will be maintained on the site, therefore a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES} permit will no[ be required
See attached deeds for proof of water rights.
