year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Nine, between
CAROLYN R. MOON as Administratrix of the Estate of Doyle, R. Moon,
Deceased, party of the first part, and BEAVER BROTHERS, ]:NC., a
Colorado Corporation, of the County of Moffat and State of
Colorado, party of the. second part,
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS letters of administration were issued to Carolyn R.
Moon as Administratrix of the Estat of Doyle R. Moon on September 15,
1969, by the Clerk of the District Court of Routt County, Colorado,
end
WHEREAS said Administratrix has all of the powers conferred
by the "Colorado Fiduciaries Powers Act" (1963 C.R.S. 57-'3),
NOW THEREFORE, This Indenture Witnesseth:
~ THAT the said party of the first party, by virtue of her
appointment aforesaid and in consideration of the premises, and the
further consideration of the sum of X40,000.00 to her in Ysand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has sold and conveyed and by these presents does sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, all of the premises and property described ae; follows,
to-wit:

of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South boundary of

the 6th P.M., and the Westerly right of way
boundary of County Road X15, from whence the

distance of 1110.00 feet to a fence corner; thence
