Implementation of the reclamation plan, as described in <br />Section 780.18, will assure that each step in the reclamation process <br />is completed in a timely manner. <br />Backfilling and Gradino <br />Reference to Map 33, Kerr Mine Area Overburden Replacement and <br />Grading, discloses that all remaining overburden to be removed from <br />ongoing mining in Pit 1 will be direct hauled within the pit for <br />backfilling in the southern and central pit areas.
