We arrived at a reasonable compro- <br />mise so: PS&G will commit to submitting copies of any 404 <br />permit wetland mitigation applications made to the US Army <br />Crops of Engineers, to the Division, so the Division can <br />determine what course of action will be needed regarding the <br />reclamation permit. <br />Attached is a copy of the Weld County Clerks placement <br />receipt for our March 30, 2001 adequacy response packet. <br />Clarification for items ~6 on 4/4/01 response <br />The size of inert material that will be delivered to the <br />site is classified as minus 3 foot. As part of the inspec- <br />tion plan, each load will be documented at the scale house <br />to keep track of the type and quantity of inert material <br />accepted and how is was disposed. These records will be <br />maintained in our corporate offices. <br />I hope these responses address the items to your satisfac- <br />tion.
