THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, Departmett of Natural Resources,
State of Colorado.
RECITALS
A. The Pemtittee, Western Mobile Southern, Inc. desires to cwtduct a muting operation lmown as
Beeman Pit #1, for the purpose of eanracting sand and gravel and borrow material for construction. The
Pemuttce will not mine any secondary commodities at this site.
B. On Apri124, 2002 the Mined land Reclamati~ Board (the "Board") approved the Pemuttee's
application for this permit, fixed the amorurt of the fntaztcial warranty and directed that this pemrit be issued upon
the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "ITivision'~ of perfomiartce warranty and financial
warranty (or warrarnies) in the amoum so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said warranties
have been filed with the Division.
C. If the Pem»ttee desires to extract materials other than those listed in (A), a separate pemut may
be retritired.
D. On Apri] 24, 2002 the Board made the following findings:
1. The application for this pemrit complies with the requirements of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Act fur the Extraction of Construction Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq., as amarded, and
with all applicable local, state and federal laws;
2. The operation will not adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and
permanent man-made structure located within two hundred feet of the Affected band, except where there is an
agrcemari betwcen the Operator and the persons having an interest in the stmcture that damage tp the structure is
to be corrrpensated for by the Pennittee; and;
