• 13. Pl~and agreement will be updated ai7nually so that new <br />techniques can be utilized as they are produced or found. <br />14. Land stabilization and reclamation will be maintained for a <br />period of three years after all mining activities cease, and if the property <br />is sold, leased or transferred in any manner, the new owner, lessee or person <br />having control shall agree to be bound to the unexpired period of the three- <br />year term. <br />15. Nothing in this agreement shall subrogate the operator's <br />responsibility for compliance with local county zoning requirements. <br />16. Clayton shall furnish the Land Reclamation Board a performance <br />bond in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to insure that <br />the work required herein will be accomplished. ($5,000.00 supplemental to <br />$15,000.00 Bond to County). <br />If any of the terms, conditions and requirements of this agreement <br />are violated at any time during the period of this agreement, the Land <br />Reclamation Board may at their sole discretion close the mining operation <br />until satisfactory arrangements have been made to bring the operation into <br />compliance with this agreement.
