Copies of the report shall be provided to the person <br />requesting the survey and to the Division. <br />If the person requesting the pre-blast survey disagrees with <br />the results of the survey, he or she may notify, in writing, <br />both Peabody Coal Company and the Division of their specific <br />areas of disagreement. <br />4.08.3 PUBLIC NOTICE OF BLASTING SCHEDULE <br />1. Blasting Schedule Publication <br />a. Peabody Coal Company will publish a blasting schedule <br />at least ten (10) days, but not more than twenty (20) <br />days, before beginning a blasting program in which more <br />than five (5) pounds of explosive or blasting agent are • <br />detonated. The schedule will be published in the <br />Hayden Valley Press. An example of the blasting <br />schedule is provided in Attachment 12-1. <br />b. Copies of the blasting schedule will be distributed by <br />mail to local governments ar~d public utilities, and by <br />mail or hand delivered to residents within one-half <br />mile of the blasting site as described in the schedule. <br />Copies sent to residences will be accompanied by <br />information advising the owner or resident how to <br />request a pre-blast survey. <br />c. Peabody Coal Company will republish the blasting <br />schedule at least every twelve (12) months, and also <br />redistribute the schedule by mail every twelve (12) <br />months. <br />2.
