4.03.1(3) All vegetation material and topsoil will be removed from the

4.03.1(3) Prior to oanstructing an etibanlanent on side slopes steeper

ar dozers to ensile stability as shown in Figure 12-4. If the
construction is in a bedrock area, a keyway will be cut in the
bedrock as shown in Figin a 12-4.
4.03.1(3) Material used far amrr~nlrmc„ra will be rPa~*+~hly free of

any other material considered unsuitable for use in einbanlanent
construction by the Division. Excess or unsuitable material
