If the land is sold to a subsequent party prior to <br />completion of the reclamation program then the subsequent owner <br />will become responsible for the completion of the reclamation and <br />disposition of the buildings through a Succession of Operator <br />process. <br />SCHEDULING: Scheduling of the reclamation work will largely be <br />controlled by the timing of the creation of the growth medium. All <br />efforts will be taken to avoid reclaiming outside of the time <br />periods previously described.
