PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC, 5460 South Quebec St., Suite 110, <br />Greenwood Village, CO 80111, 303-773-1005, has filed an application for a Regular <br />{112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed project is known as the MMRR <br />Quarry and is located at or near that part of the NW Y. of the SE '/, of Section 26, <br />Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6`h Principle Meridian lying North of the Right- <br />of-Way for State Highway 119, and the S %: of the SW Y+ and the S '/z of the SE '/, of <br />Section 23, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6`" Principle Meridian, and the SW <br />Y. of the NW '/. and the NW Y, of the SW '/+ of Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 72 <br />West of the 6"' Principle Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is early 2005, and the proposed date of <br />completion is early 2015. The proposed future use of the land is a rock quarry. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567; or at the Gilpin County Clerk and Recorder's office, 203 Eureka Street, <br />Central City, Colorado 80427, {303) 582-5321; or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology by 4:00 p.m. on December 20, 2004. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sue. Comments related <br />to noise, truck traffrq hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and <br />other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this OfFce's jurisdiction. <br />These subjects, and similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, <br />rather than the Division of Minerals and Geology or the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
