EXHIBIT D - ADDENDUM
In conjunction with that information submitted to date as
Exihibit D - Mining Plan, our timetable for extraction
activities is the following:
1. A gravel crusher and processing plant is set
up at the site. It is set up on previously
mined land.
2. Topsoil is removed from the area to be mined
(estimated .75 acre) during this cycle. It
is stockpiled with previously stockpiled soil.
3. Gravel is then moved with 4 wheel drive loaders
to the crusher and processed. Once processed,
gravel is stockpiled on previously mined ground
and left for use throughout the coming year.
4. The actual crushing operation averages about
700-1000 yards per day once crushing begins,
assuming no breakdowns, In the past we have
crushed 20,000-30,000 yards each time we set up.
We estimate use of that much gravel each 1-1~ years.
5. Set up time for equipment is about one week.
6. The topsoil removal and stockpile operation
generally is being completed at the same time
as the crushing equipment is being set up.
Topsoil is being stockpiled within a 3 day
period with loaders and trucks.
7. The timetable for topsoil removal, setup, crushing,
stockpile of gravel and some cleanup is about
4-6 weeks. If our contractor has no place to move
to, he has in the past left the equipment on site
until needed. Use of stockpiled gravel will then
take place within the next 12-18 months. When
stockpiles run low we then repeat the cycle.
Topsoil stockpiles now rest on previously mined land and
will remain there until Reclamation takes place (please
refer to Exhibit F of our original submission for location
of previously mined area). Topsoil stockpiles will be
seeded down for stabilization as per our reclamation plan.
