Exhibit D <br />Reclamation plan for: Loukonen Bros Lykins Gulch Quarries <br />110 Permit <br />The plan for all quarries listed in the permit are to remain open until all <br />usable stone is removed from the quarry sites. <br />At that time the surrounding stock piles of overburden will be moved to cover <br />the quarry site in a minimum depth of 4 to 6 inches. The rock and soil will be <br />graded to flow with the surrounding areas. <br />North Quarry -Yellow areas on drawing show overburden piles stocked <br />in the quarry area, this would be pushed back over the quarry area in a 4 to 6 inch <br />depth. <br />Estimated reclamation time - 3 days x Crew # I .. Cost $4095 <br />South Quarry -Yellow areas on drawing show overburden piles stocked <br />in the quarry area, this would be pushed back over the quarry area in a 4 to 6 inch <br />depth. <br />Estimated reclamation time - l days x Crew #l .. Cost $1365 <br />NOTE: Crew #1 consists of a D7 Cat w/ripper, a XL.150 Excavator, Dump <br />truck and a two man crew to operate the equipment. <br />
