The conclusions
and recommendations submitted in this report are 'based upon the data
obtained from the test pits and field observations conducted. The
nature and extent of variations between the test pits may not become
evident until excavation is performed. If, during construction, soil,
rock and ground water conditions appear to be different from those
described herein, re-evaluation of the recommendations should be made.
We recommend on-site inspection of the embankment and pond
construction by a qualified professional engineer familiar with the
subsoils at the site.
~,,;,,~, CHFN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
E..° .NYC e 3n 1~
~~., ~• o BY
~~..:~ r ~ er L.
