OWNERS OF RECORD OF AFFECTED LAND (SURFACE AREA)
AND OWNERS OF SUBSTANCE TO BE MINED
Charles and Sandra DuCray are the owners of record of
the affected lands and mineral rights to all materials
to be mined. Attached to this exhibit are property tax
assessments showing ownership. Other affected lands
on the south and west are Mesa County, who have been
notified per Exhibit "M", and who have pre-approved
the mining operation. All other lands within 200'
of the proposed mining area are owned by Charles and
Sandra DuCray.
