No change will occur with respect to <br />effects on surface or underground water resources. <br />EXHIBIT H_ Wildlife Information. No changes will occur with respect to <br />the operation's impacts on wildlife. In fact, hecause of recent, nearby <br />development, the wildlife resource in the area is even less than it was <br />in the original submittal. <br />EXHIBIT I_ Soils Information. Although the original soils information <br />is still applicable, the description of those soils has been improved <br />greatly. However, because none of that soil remains other than in <br />stockpiles, na modification of the original information is considered <br />necessary. <br />EXHIBIT do Vegetation Information. No changes have occurred that would <br />warrant any alteration of the original information. <br />• EXHIBIT K_ Climate Information. No changes are necessary as the site is <br />the same and climate has not changed. <br />EXHIBIT M_ Local Government Approval. The original local government <br />approval not only covered the area of the original permit, but also <br />covers the area of this permit amendment. <br />EXHIBIT N_ Other Fermits.
