Public docwrents filed by Castle concrete in Colorado Springs <br />at the E1 Paso County Clerk and Recorder_'s Office exclude <br />reclamation plans from public scrutiny. These plans are <br />stamped "confidential". <br />2. Castle's actions speak louder than their xords. The <br />company has wrought almost total devastation at Snyder, <br />Queen's Canyon, and Pikeview quarries; clearly evident <br />to the casual or trained observer. <br />fin- ,~:,,',qa::- <br />3.
