Yet on 9/20/90 the Board allowed Mr. Paul McGehee <br />of the petitioners office to attend and present data or <br />justifications, for the Board. We opponents were not given <br />the ;same opportunity/ <br />I have enclosed a copy of my letter to Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation which gives additional information. <br />I would like to know why this sort of practice is <br />allowed by a state agency that is supposedly to operating <br />xith fairness to all??????? <br />Respcactfully, <br />/ Q . <br />Gilbert R.
