The culverts depicted on Exhibit F are existing culverts and have been added to Exhibit <br />C. The culverts are owned by the property owner, Mineral Reserves, Inc., or Weld <br />County, both were properly notified (see Proof of Notifications Exhibit). Lafazge will use <br />existing accesses and will not construct additional culverts. <br />25.
