<br />,surd l o ~~; <br />EXHIBIT B <br />APPLICATION <br />FOR <br />LIMITED IMPACT OPERATION <br />PERMIT <br />Application is hereby made for extraction of <br />sand and gravel and processing on a parcel of property <br />consisting of 8+ acres of ground generally described as: <br />That portion of Lot 1, Siever's Ranch, <br />lying and situate Southwesterly of the <br />Robertson Ditch, as shown on Plat on <br />file with the Garfield County Clerk's <br />Office or Assessor's Office, Section <br />13, T-7-S, R-89-W of the 6th P.id. <br />and as more particularly shown on Exhibit "C", and delineated <br />in red thereon. <br />Purpose. The purpose of the application is to <br />extract and process sand, gravel and quarry aggregate for <br />the purpose of obtaining said materials for highway, road, <br />or similar-type construction uses, pursuant to subsequent . <br />negotiated contracts with the county and private construction <br />and maintenance sand and gravel requirements. The additional <br />purpose of this application is the necessity of conformance <br />to the Garfield County Zoning Regulation and conformance <br />to State Statute (C. R.S. 34-32-110) requiring compliance <br />with State and local government regulations prior to the <br />issuance of permits therefor. <br />Applicant. This application is filed by the Siever's <br />Ranch Corporation, fee title owner of said property and the <br />mineral rights thereto. The Siever's Ranch Corporation is <br />a corporation solely owned by the four heirs of the original <br />owner - homesteader of said Ranch, the ownership of which <br />has and will remain with said heirs. <br />
