(RGCE) received your comments on May 18, 2000, and have initiated the <br />response to comments. However, we will be unable to adequately response to all comments and have the <br />revised documents to you by May 24, 2000. We are requesting the comment response to your questions <br />be extended to June 2, 2000. We also understand this will push out the decision date for the application. <br />If the is a problem with this extension request, please notify me as soon as possible so that other <br />arrangements can be made.
