M-2003-002. <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on Apri13Q <br />2003, in Denver, Colorado for a hearing on the appeal of Bender West Ranch <br />Partnership, LLP and Paul Cervenka of the decision of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology to approve the 110c limited impact construction materials application of Stone <br />Cliff Investments, LLC, in accordance with Construction Materials Rule 1.7.1(2)(c). <br />Tony Waldron appeared on behalf of the Division. Stone Cliff Investments did not <br />appear. Tom Bleuer appeared on behalf of Bender West Ranch Partnership, LLP.
