Your application was originally <br />schedulead for consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board in February, <br />and was continued to the Board meeting on March 21-22, 1990. Before your <br />application can be considered by the Board, you must complete the following <br />notice requirements: <br />° publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof of <br />1;he notice to us; <br />° Plait a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of <br />affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of the <br />mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to us; and, <br />° place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or <br />additions you make to theapplications on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />We have reviewed the additional material you submitted on February 20, 1990 to <br />determine whether your application is now adequate to meet the requirements of <br />Act and Regulations. The attached list details items that need clarification <br />before the application will satisfy the applicable requirements.
