Carder, Inc. <br />Regular 112 Operations Permit Application <br />Windy Ridge Pit/4vindy Ridge LLC <br />EXHIBIT G -WATER INFORMATION <br />1. This operation will be a dry pit operation and will not affect the ground <br />water system. The proposed operation will not expose ground water to <br />the surface. <br />2.(a) No tributary water courses, springs, stockwater ponds, reservoirs will be <br />affected. <br />(b) The only known aquifer is the Ogallala. <br />(c) There will be no dewatering and in the past we have been told that any <br />runoff returned to the pit from either rain or from stockpiled material <br />usually will not create a pollution problem. There will be no discharge <br />from the operation and only material removed from the pit will be put <br />back. Any rain or snow will percolate into the system. <br />3. No water will be required for this dry pit operation or in reclamation. <br />4. This dry pit operation will have no water requirements. <br />4. Carder, Inc. will apply for a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit from the Water Quality Control Division at <br />the Colorade Department of Health if applicable. <br />
