Box 179 <br /> Alamosa, CO 81101 <br /> To Whom it May Concern: <br /> Application is hereby made for a Conditional Use Review under the Alamosa County Zoning <br /> Regulations, in support of which the following information is submitted, pursuant to Sections 3.2(A) <br /> and 11.2 of said regulations. <br /> 1. Provide a legal description of the land area to which the conditional use applies. <br /> 2. Provide a site plan, drawn to approximate scale, of the area to which the conditional use <br /> applies, showing the boundaries of the area and the existing zoning in all adjacent areas. If <br /> applicable, provide a description of buildings or use proposed along with a description of <br /> buildings and uses within 200 feet of all boundaries of the proposed area of change. Location <br /> of all buildings and structures should be drawn on the site plan of the area. Off-street <br /> parking, off-street loading areas, service and refuse areas, means of ingress and egress, <br /> internal traffic circulation, major landscaping or screening proposals,signs, pedestrian area <br /> and pertinent dimensions should be shown when applicable. <br /> 3.
