Each notice is labeled with an owner number that corresponds to the <br />owner number in Exhibit C-2 in the application. There are also, in some cases, notes <br />regarding inquiries from the various people notified and notes on renotifications, changes of <br />address, and changes of ownership. <br />Also enclosed is the proof of publication of the legal notice that was published in the Pikes <br />Peak Journal, a copy of which was sent to each party notified. <br />A few of the people originally noticed were renoticed.
