The application includes: mining approximately 87 acres <br />of the 125.8 acre parcel, operation of batch plants, operation of a concrete recycling <br />facility and other mining associated functions at this site. A check in the amount of <br />$2,344.00 for the application fee is also enclosed. <br />As required by the DMG regulations, we have notified the local soil conservation district <br />and the Weld County Board of County Commissioners; evidence of this is included in the <br />application. As also required, this Application was submitted to the Weld County Clerk <br />to the Board of County Commissioners. On the same date the DMG receives this <br />Application a copy of the "Receipt of Application" signed by the Clerk will be forwarded <br />via fax. <br />Please call me if you have any questions regarding this application.
