Area should be shaped and graded according to appropriate <br />engineering design. (Omit for temporary stabilization.) <br />2. Remove tree limbs, trash, and other debris. If a mulch <br />netting is to be used to hold straw in place, all rocks <br />larger than four inches in diameter should be removed. <br />3.
