NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LA,'VD RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR REGULAR (112} CONSTRUCTION MATEAIALS EXTRACTION OPERATION <br />NOTICE, TO THE BOARD OF COUN'T'Y COMMISSIONERS <br />Elbert COUNTY <br />The DenVef BrICk Company (the "ApplicanUOperator") has applied for a Regulaz Q ]2) reclamation <br />permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Boazd"} to conduct the extraction of construction materials <br />operations m Elbert _ County. The attached information is being provided to notify you of the <br />location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Diviston of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (the "Division") and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to rangeland use. Pursuant io <br />Section 34-325-} 16(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Board ofCotmty Commissioners before approving of <br />the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Boazd would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
