The <br />application decision is scheduled for October 31, 2002. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Lincoln County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />ofthe Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered In the application review process by the Division.
